Protect Your Roof
From the Underside Up.
Repair or replace damaged soffit to keep moisture, pests and rot out — and keep your attic breathing the way it should.
The Part of Your Roof You Never Look At — Until It Fails.
Soffit is the panel that seals the underside of your roof overhang.
It does two big jobs: it keeps water, birds and pests out of your attic, and it lets your roof breathe through built-in ventilation. When soffit rots or sags, you get trapped moisture, poor airflow, and an open door for critters. We rebuild it right — sealed, ventilated and finished.

What our customers say
We needed our gutters and fascia replaced. Not only did they do a great job, they did it within our budget and did not crimp one bit on quality... they quoted the job on Wednesday and finished it on Thursday!
They did an amazing job in taking down old gutter system and reinstalling my new gutters, downspouts and leaf guards... I also noticed they didn't skimp on the hangers, making sure the gutters were well supported.
Replacing the gutters, repairing rot in the fascia, wrapping the fascia & replacing the soffit all in bronze to achieve a nice cohesive look. It looks really great!

Soffit Repair Questions
What is soffit, and what does it do?
Soffit is the panel that closes off the underside of your roof overhang — the part you see when you stand under the eaves. It seals the roof against water and pests, and it usually contains vents that let your attic breathe. Healthy soffit means better airflow and no unwanted guests in your eaves.
What causes soffit to rot or sag?
The most common cause is water — from clogged or overflowing gutters, roof leaks, or poor ventilation trapping moisture. Over time that moisture rots the panels, and pests often make the damage worse. That's why we look at your gutters and fascia too, not just the soffit.
Can soffit be repaired, or does it need full replacement?
Isolated damage can sometimes be repaired, but if panels are widely rotted, sagging, or full of gaps, replacement is the better fix. We'll give you an honest recommendation during your free evaluation.
Will you keep the ventilation when you replace it?
Yes — this is important. Your attic needs airflow to prevent moisture and heat buildup. We rebuild soffit with proper ventilation so your roof keeps breathing, not just a sealed panel that traps problems.
Can you stop birds and pests from getting back in?
Yes. Part of doing soffit right is sealing off the entry points pests use. Once we rebuild and seal the overhang, those gaps are closed for good.
Should I do fascia and soffit at the same time?
Often, yes. Fascia and soffit sit right next to each other and usually suffer from the same water damage. Doing them together saves time, ensures a consistent finish, and avoids paying twice for access to the same area.
Is the work guaranteed?
Yes. Our workmanship is backed by our guarantee, and we're licensed and insured in Michigan. If we install gutter guards as part of the project, those carry a lifetime guarantee.
