Rotted Fascia?
Fix It at the Source.
Repair or replace damaged fascia boards with solid, properly finished materials — the foundation your gutters and roofline depend on.
Your Gutters Are Only as Solid as Your Fascia.
Fascia is the board your gutters attach to — and when it rots, everything above it is at risk.
Soft, rotted or water-damaged fascia can't hold gutters properly, invites pests, and lets moisture spread into your roof and soffit. As finish-carpentry trained crews, we fix it right at the source.

What our customers say
We needed our gutters and fascia replaced. Not only did they do a great job, they did it within our budget and did not crimp one bit on quality... they quoted the job on Wednesday and finished it on Thursday!
They did an amazing job in taking down old gutter system and reinstalling my new gutters, downspouts and leaf guards... I also noticed they didn't skimp on the hangers, making sure the gutters were well supported.
Replacing the gutters, repairing rot in the fascia, wrapping the fascia & replacing the soffit all in bronze to achieve a nice cohesive look. It looks really great!

Fascia Repair Questions
What exactly is fascia, and why does it matter?
Fascia is the long board that runs along the edge of your roof, right where your gutters attach. It supports your gutters, seals off the roof edge, and gives the roofline a finished look. When it rots, your gutters lose their anchor and moisture can spread into the roof and soffit.
Can you repair fascia, or does it always need full replacement?
It depends on the extent of the damage. Minor issues can sometimes be repaired, but if the wood is soft, rotted, or damaged along a long run, replacement is the better long-term fix. We'll give you an honest recommendation during your free evaluation.
Do you just wrap the fascia in aluminum?
No. Wrapping over rotted wood only hides the problem. We remove the damaged boards, rebuild with solid lumber, and finish the work properly — wrapping or trim is applied over sound material, not decay.
Do I need to replace my gutters when I replace fascia?
Not always. If your gutters are in good shape, we can remove and rehang them on the new fascia. If they're also failing, it's an ideal time to replace both at once so everything is solid and finished together.
Can you match the new fascia to my existing trim?
Yes. As finish-carpentry trained crews, we finish the rebuilt fascia to blend with your home's existing trim and color for a clean, consistent look.
How long does fascia work take?
Most fascia repairs and replacements are completed in a day or two, depending on the amount of damage and whether soffit or gutter work is involved. We'll confirm the timeline in your written quote.
Is the work guaranteed?
Yes. Our workmanship is backed by our guarantee, and we're licensed and insured in Michigan. If we install gutter guards as part of the project, those carry a lifetime guarantee.
