Stop Ice Dams
Before They Start.
Heated roofline and gutter systems that melt ice at the edge, keep water draining all winter, and protect your roof, gutters and home from costly ice damage.
Michigan Winters Are Hard on Your Roofline.
Ice dams don't just look bad — they force water back under your shingles.
When snow melts and refreezes at the cold edge of your roof, it builds an ice dam that traps water behind it. That water works its way under shingles and into your home. A properly installed heat table system keeps the roof edge and gutters clear, so melting snow drains instead of freezing and backing up.

Signs Ice Is Damaging Your Home.
Thick ice building up along the roof edge and gutters
Large icicles hanging from the eaves every winter
Water stains on ceilings or walls after a thaw
Gutters pulling away under the weight of ice
Refreezing that blocks downspouts and drainage
A roofline or valley that ices up in the same spots every year
A Planned System, Not Cable Thrown in a Gutter.
Anyone can zig-zag a heat cable and plug it in. We design a heated roofline system for the way water actually moves on your roof — edges, valleys, gutters and downspouts — so melt has a clear path all the way to the ground.
Whole-Path Heating
Roof edge, gutters and downspouts, so melt drains instead of refreezing.

What our customers say
We needed our gutters and fascia replaced. Not only did they do a great job, they did it within our budget and did not crimp one bit on quality... they quoted the job on Wednesday and finished it on Thursday!
They did an amazing job in taking down old gutter system and reinstalling my new gutters, downspouts and leaf guards... I also noticed they didn't skimp on the hangers, making sure the gutters were well supported.
Replacing the gutters, repairing rot in the fascia, wrapping the fascia & replacing the soffit all in bronze to achieve a nice cohesive look. It looks really great!

Soffit Repair Questions
What is a heat table / roof heating system?
It's a heated system installed along your roof edge, gutters and downspouts. When snow melts, the system keeps that meltwater from refreezing at the cold edge — so instead of forming an ice dam, the water drains safely to the ground.
What are ice dams and why are they a problem?
An ice dam is a ridge of ice that forms at the edge of your roof. It traps meltwater behind it, and that trapped water can back up under your shingles and leak into your walls, ceilings and attic — causing expensive interior damage.
Where does the heating actually go?
A proper system heats the whole drainage path — the roof edge, any problem valleys, the gutters, and the downspouts. Heating just one part often isn't enough, because water can still refreeze further along. We plan the layout around where ice actually forms on your roof.
Do I leave it on all winter?
No — you use it when conditions call for it. Systems are controlled so they run during freeze-thaw conditions when ice dams form, rather than running constantly. We'll walk you through operating it efficiently.
Will it damage my roof or gutters?
No — a properly designed and installed system protects your roof and gutters by preventing the ice buildup that pulls gutters loose and forces water under shingles. The key is professional design and clean installation, which is exactly what we do.
Can you add it to my existing gutters?
In most cases, yes. If your gutters are in good shape, we can design a heated system for them. If they're old or failing, we'll recommend addressing that first so the whole system works together.
Is the work guaranteed?
Yes. Our workmanship is backed by our guarantee, and we're licensed and insured in Michigan. If gutter guards are installed as part of the project, they carry a lifetime guarantee.
